Qin Xiang Bang starts from Xuegang Road to Huanshanhe River, which is a six-level river course with an upstream box culvert of 1.53km. The northern end of the river is connected with the upstream box culvert, and landfill leachate from Taohuashan Landfill Plant above it flows into Qinxiangbang, causing point source pollution.
According to the water quality test data, the overall water quality of Qinxiangbang is black and smelly.
Governance objectives:
(1) The water quality of Qinxiangbang can eliminate black odor after water ecological treatment;
(2) Rebuilding water ecosystem and restoring water self-purification ability;
(3) The river bank is neat and clean, the water quality and greening of the river bank are obviously improved, and the river bank is "green, clear and beautiful".
