The line of ecological civilization construction and green development proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress has added the word "beauty" on the basis of the guiding ideology of the 18th National Congress. Combining beautiful China with the Chinese dream, it is clearly stated that "towards a new era of ecological civilization and building a beautiful China is an important part of the Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation."
In 2017, the ecological civilization construction presses the fast-forward button, and the river management projects across the country are progressing in an orderly manner. Wuxi City has formulated an annual water pollution prevention and control work plan for the implementation of the “Water Pollution Prevention Action Plan” and the “Jiangsu Water Pollution Prevention and Control Work Plan”.
The remediation of black and odorous water in Huishan District is one of the important parts of Wuxi's water treatment and protection work plan, and has received extensive attention from all walks of life. Our company has prepared a feasibility study report on three black and odorous water bodies in Huishan District (on the bridge lane river, Longhui Bridge River and Lukouqiao River), including pollution load assessment analysis, overall technical scheme design, and engineering accessibility analysis. .
Project Overview:
1. On the bridge lane river
(1) The bridge lane river is located on the south side of Shida Road and east of Xishen Lane. It is a golden dam from Tianshou Village in the west and a Xicheng Canal in the east. It has a total length of 1,100m, a river width of 10 to 20 meters, a water depth of 1.5 to 2.7 meters, and a key remediation section of 556 meters.
(2) Governance target: At the end of 2017, the water body of the key rectification section of the Bridge Lane River should be initially eliminated to eliminate black odor.
2. Longhui Bridge River
(1) Longhui Bridge River is located at the northeast corner of Luoshe Town, with the south end connected with the Wanshou River and the north of Zhonghui Avenue as an adjustable river section. The total length is 0.3 kilometers, the narrowest width of the river is 2-3 meters, the widest point is 8-10 meters, and the water depth is 0.5-1.5 meters.
(2) Governance target: In 2018, the water body of the Longhui Bridge River rectification section should initially achieve the elimination of black odor.
3. Lukouqiao River
(1) Lukouqiao River is located in Huishan District of Wuxi City. It is a tributary of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and runs southwest. It intersects with Huicheng Avenue in the east, and merges with Guangshi Road in the middle and flows into the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to the south. The river is about 850 meters long, about 15 meters wide, and the water depth is about 1.5-2.0 meters.
(2) Governance target: In 2019, the water body of the key remediation section of the Lukouqiao River should initially achieve the elimination of black odor.
Compilation:
From May 2017 to December 2017, our staff has gone to three projects on site to conduct on-the-spot investigation and research. Based on the combination of water quality testing, we conducted detailed investigations on pollution sources and water environment conditions, as well as water quality. The test data was subjected to multiple experimental measurements, and a large number of pollution source emission data were obtained, which laid a solid foundation for later work.
On June 28th, 2017, the feasibility study and the departmental review contact meeting of the “Black and Stinky Water Remediation Project of the Bridge Lane River in Huishan District, Wuxi City” was held; on December 15, 2017, “Wushan Huishan District” The feasibility study and preliminary design of the river black and odor water remediation project of Kouqiao Bridge and Longhui Bridge were held. The expert demonstration and the department review meeting were held. The staff of our company conducted detailed report and expert Q&A. After strict procedures, three copies were reviewed. The feasibility study report passed the review smoothly.
Follow-up:
As of the end of December 2017, the Qiaohe River black and odor river treatment project has entered the main construction stage of non-point source pollution collection and interception, initial rain storage and initial rain purification equipment, and our designers have visited the construction site many times. Construction, supervision, and construction authorities shall carry out work such as designing the bottom, coordination on site, and optimizing local design.
